I’ve been interested in making this site since back in 2018.

It took until around 2025 to find the time to make it happen.

This site exists for several main reasons.

On the SEO side:

• Prove that SEO is not dead in the AI era (with this site as a living case study).
• Prove that a small site with minimal design can still attract traffic.
• Share SEO knowledge so that others can learn the essentials.

Beyond SEO, I’ve also wanted a place to share thoughts on a variety of topics:

• I work with clients in niche verticals which have significant knowledge gaps.
• I test many software platforms (recently, this includes a lot of AI tools).
• As a runner, I’ve wanted to share reviews on various equipment.

Sharing this unbiased information has been of interest for a long time.

With the advent of AI misinformation, this interest has only increased.

I have been providing SEO services to clients for many years.

I figured it was finally time to apply this knowledge to a site of my own.
